About Us

Robert Holden gave his first talk on Success Intelligence (S.I.) in 1996. Since then, Robert has been joined by Ben Renshaw, Avril Carson, Ian Lynch and the SI team who, between them, have delivered over 300 public events and corporate prorgrams worldwide. The work of Success Intelligence is, in essence, a meditation on “What is success?” It helps individuals and organizations to enjoy real, soulful success while living in a manic, busy and hyped up world.

“The Monty Python comedy sketch: ‘100 Yards Dash for People with No Sense of Direction’ offers a perfect metaphor for our mad-dash world,” writes Robert Holden in Success Intelligence. SI offers a practical philosophy that helps you to create a vision for your life that doesn’t get lost in sick hurry. It also offers positive solutions for dealing with common blocks to success like permanent busyness, destination addiction, dysfunctional independence, and the WAIT problem.

The Success Intelligence model offers a rich mix of universal spirituality, modern psychology, and action learning. It focuses on four intelligences: 1) PQ (physical energy) – balancing adrenaline with grace; 2) IQ (intellectual quotient) - thinking your best thoughts; 3) EQ (emotional intelligence) - following your joy and releasing inner blocks; 4) SQ (spiritual intelligence) - living a life of purpose and enjoying meaningful success.
