This very popular Masterclass has been used by global brands all over the world including Unilever, the BBC, The Body Shop, the Football Association, and Sony. Our S.I. Team Build is usually presented as a one-day Masterclass that is made up of four modules. It is a very practical day, which features an S.I. audit, team challenges, performance reviews, and valuable pointers for creating a success-focussed culture. Here is a sample outline:
